Le 19 février 2011, les One Direction ont d'abord été aperçus quittant une nouvelle fois leur hôtel dans Birmingham.
Plus tard dans la soirée, se déroulait le premier concert du X Factor Live Tour au LG Arena dans Birmingham. Les garçons ont donc performé "Only Girl", "Forever Young", "Chasing Cars", "Kids In America" et "My Life Would Suck Without You". Ils ont aussi chanté avec les autres candidats leur Single de charité "Heroes".
Pour finir, seulement Zayn a été pris en photos regagnant son hôtel dans Birmingham.
